Usually emotional pain means someone is attacking uour life behind your back ( its worst than what u are told or seen ) i had this happen to me all my life and never knew it was y i was held captive from going near ppl( these ppl r cold and will lie to get wat they want from other ppl) so to counter fight secret lies u need to say n wtite down wat looks like lies wat u feel you do not like about yourself( these liars project into u wat they want u to think its u feeling this way )
