Hi I just wanted to say I read your post and I feel extremely sad for you. Unfortunately I know how you feel saying you were once a happy person and now filled with anxiety.  I can say staying extremely busy does help but the waves of grief that come sometimes are overpowering.  I hope and am told the grief we are experiencing will somehow become bearable I don't know how but have to have faith that it will. I lost my mom 2 yrs ago in May and to add insult to injury just lost my dad June of this year.  Talking to strangers I feel does help I only came to this site about 2 months ago and was only on a little bit but I felt it helped somewhat. I am here to listen if it helps and hopefully it will help me as well.
