So sorry for your loss . I lost my husband and joined this forum to be with like minded people . I think it will help.when I am alone sometimes I feel tha pain of sadness . It helps to make an effort to be social . Being with people helps change your thinking and lifts ones spirit at least for a while .Reading helps if you are able sometimes it difficult to settle down and pick up a book .living a healthy lifestyle will keep you strong .drink plenty of water and avoid acid foods as the stomach produces acid caused by stress which causes stomach pain.
