Just lost my husband of 55 years to brain cancer June 24 I am lost without him

I understand the feeling, its been very difficult. We were only married 16 years but I miss him so much we had a very good marriage. My husband had cancer also. He died on April 20th an around the 20th of every month I think about the last few days of his life.

I go to his grave on the 24 to every month

I get moody and a bit depressed just before the 20th of every month, Its so difficult. I also have flashbacks to the end of his life. The last few days were very difficult. I just pray it gets easier. Friends tell me to not be so hard on myself. I miss him
