I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my husband a short time ago as well and it can be and is very difficult. Do you have a support network of friend or family where you are? Maybe get yourself into grief therapy, I hear it has done wonders for people. Feel free to reach out to me as often as you need and remember sometimes it’s one day at a time, sometimes it’s one minute at a time.

I went to a therapist for awhile to see if she could help me and she said there wasn't anything wrong with me. I was just grieving. I don't have anyone left in town. I only have two grandchildren and they live in another state far away. I have a son who comes and stays for awhile and then goes back. I own my own business and am trying to sell and we are listing with a broker my son has my power of attorney and trying to take the pressure off but he has his life. I go to work but I don't want to do this anymore. I miss my husband so much I can hardly function. I cry several times a day. Just don't want to let go of him. I know I have too but he was my whole life. He was the charismatic one, I was the quite one. He was always happy the littlest thing made him happy, always had a smile on his face. Been retired for quite some time because he had a bad heart. Not fair his dad lived to be 89 and his mother 99 and in my opinion not nice people. We were 46 years. The days are long the weekends are forever. I have faith but its wavered and he would be so mad about that. Nice to have someone to talk to. My kids don't get it.
