Hello v.Luna. Just read your comment. I lost my soulmate 7 months ago. Learning to live without him is very difficult. Each day is full of sadness. My only real comfort is knowing that one day I will be with him again in the spirit form. It is good to write and read comments because we can relate to the excruciating suffering we are all into especially when we loved so much. What helps the most is talking on the phone with people who know about grief. Better yet talking and seeing them in person.
