Hello you're not alone I lost my husband December 2016 I miss him some of the things that I've been doing to make a difference I guess I can't say at this time that it makes it better but I have super amazing insurance so I'm seeing a therapist. I first decided to go because I got tired of everybody asking me if I was seeing someone if I was talking to someone but I realize that I can tell my therapist things that I don't have to worry will worry my family. Or upset anyone or cause concern. How was your day
