I can understand what you must be going through as I lost my husband to suicide. Losing a loved one suddenly to something out of blue is very traumatic. It's been five months and I am still stuck at "why"??

My husband had a mental sickness which could be found out only after his death from his suicide notes. He was fighting with his demons on his own and at one point he seemed to have just caved in.

I miss him so much and can't think of going on without him.
