Just lost spouse by Suicide. Me & Kids are struggling to get by in every way possible.

Hi Michelle. Just wanted to tell you I lost my husband of 37 years to suicide. Our son found him and myself as well. I do t know what to say..but know there are others feeling the same no one understands when someone you love chooses this. I'm sorry for your pain..

Michelle, The woman I loved(but didn't tell her), died somewhere between 9/3/2021(when I last talked to her), and 9/7/2021(when her adult son found her).  She did have Bipolar Disorder.  So, The possibility of suicide.  Was always on my mind.  It is looking like she didn't commit suicide.  But her death was result of something else.  That doesn't make it any easier.

I just lost my husband 3 weeks ago also to suicide. I don’t know about you but the guilt that I feel consumes me. I know it was not my choice and it was his but I just miss him and can’t help but think I could have done something.
