I lost my dad due to cancer.

My father passed away due to stage 4 cancer last February. He never told anyone he was sick or battling. I watched him slowly melt away over 2 weeks. He was not only my father but my best friend. Tomorrow is is year anniversary and I'm so heart broken.. Don't know how to deal anymore.
