Survey for Year 12 Research Project

Hello all,

My name is Cristian Linardis and I am currently studying my Year 12 Research Project on the topic of; "How can the death of a parent affect one's childhood?" If anyone in this forum has lost their parent/s during their childhood of the ages of 1-18, may I ask if you are willing to answer a few short questions about your life after this tragic loss. Please remember, this is not compulsory and I completely understand if you feel uncomfortable to not want to answer these questions. 

I would like to express a thank you to anyone who completes this survey, and I am truly sorry for your tragic loss.
