My mom died yesterday
My mother passed away yesterday and I'm having a very hard time. It was unexpected. I'm In so much pain. I need help

Tony, I’m the father of 7 children’s I lost my wife last month. My kids all lost their Mom. I don’t know if I can offer any profound advice. But I’d say talk to someone about it. Whether it’s a friend relative or a stranger. That’s helped me and our family. Good bless you and I pray you’re able to heal.

My condolences to you, I know it will take time for you to heal but anyway you should try harder and think about other positive things.
