My 32 year old husband died suddenly on March 8, 2015 and I am lost

My amazing and loving husband had a brain aneurysm last Saturday and died on Sunday. We have 4 kids and I feel like no one understands. He was only 32. When I think about the fact that I will never touch him or hear him again, I panic. I am in unbearable pain.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my fiance on Feb. 10, 2015 suddenly. He was only 34. I can sympathize when you say you feel like no one understands. People can not understand the pain and the loss you feel if they have not lost their other half. I fight every day to get up and do what I have to do. I cry for him every single day. I like to think he is always with me. You just have to take it one day at a time. You will have your good days and bad days. Just know he is always with you in your heart.
