MY HUSBAND DIED THREE MONTHS AGO - HELP!

My husband of 61 died three months ago.  We were together for 23 years.  I seem to be getting more depressed as time goes by.  I miss him.  I have no other family members.  Can anyone relate to this matter.  I am having so much difficulty coping.  I returned to work but am just sad every day.  I miss him so much.  I feel so alone.

I know what your feeling, I lost my husband of 28 years, 3 1/2 months ago. He was 68. I miss him so so much. And when the sun goes down it gets so much worse for me.
