nighmares

I lost my sister in oct 2012 and having a hard time dealing with it.I now starting to have nightmares .But I don't remember them.My husband says that i talk in my sleep .It sounds like I'm fighting with someone .Last night he said i started moving around and hit him in the jaw with my elbow.Now he has a lose tooth.Has anyone else had this happen to them since the lose of their love one.

Oh yes, after loosing my husband had them for over a year, caused me not to sleep well.

Did you remember the dreams or did someone tell you .You had a nightmares ?That's what bothering me i don't remember the dream.

Dreams can make us struggle with why?, and at times the are scary, I have trouble remembering dreams except a few. My children told me I would scream out, or cry in my sleep.
