This is an amazing washing machine in all ways. We shopped for a month to decide on this particular model, which was a better fit for us than the highly popular Cabrio model, because my wife is only 5' tall and couldn't reach all the way to the bottom of the tub on the Cabrio, but she can on this model, which is only .5 cu ft smaller capacity than the Cabrio. The dryer is very efficient and dries thoroughly. Only negative is what I perceive as a design flaw- The top is slightly rounded and things stacked on top slide off when the machine is running.
