Please share the reason(s) why you joined this site?: Our 28 year old dear son passed away due to a pulmonary embolism to the lung. We have been on a Journey of Mourning for one year. We want to continue on a healthy journey, and we would like to connect with others who have walked this path. Much gratitude!
