I left this on my wall by accident trying to respond to you....

Hey Kimmie.  I was out helping my younger sister get some things done yesterday and was that good kind of tired afterwards.  I need to work around the house so badly today and the weather is beautiful but have just a tad of anxiety that keeps me buzzing around not accomplishing anything.  I gave up and have taken 1/2 tab Xanax to see if will help.
