Hello! My name is "Pat".. and I am here to help in any way that I may..
Just like the Post Title emplies... "GRIEF RELIEF"... is YOUR PLACE... your own private place___
___ to hang out YOUR emotional responses to loss. It is not unusual for people to experience a whole
range of emotions as part of their healing process. One who has experienced loss, can experience denial, numbness,
and shock... along with remorse, guilt, depression, despair, loneliness, and anger. There is no specific order...
The behaviors and emotions incurred throughout the greiving process serve ways to cope with and acknowledge and
the reality of the loss that has occurred. It is alright to cry. It is healthy and a natural part of the grieving process.
I have started this "Grief Relief" room.. to give others a place to state their grief from the result of
a loss... usually death. It may help to experience the thoughts and feelings of others who have suffered through
these same experiences...
I speak from experience.. I have had many griefs in my lifetime. I feel I may have something to
offer... to anyone who might want to talk about their own thoughts, their own griefs. Through grief... there is a
learning experience! It is learning to cope and accept. It always helps to talk openly with others of the same type of
experiences.. who have suffered the same loss.
Please come in and say.. hello Pat.
Peace & Blessings,
Pat
