I lost my son he was 17. He was hit by a car while on his bike

I want someone that I can share my feelings and also my tribulations. I also loat my 12 yr marriage two months after my son died. I lost my yougest she was sent away for many foolish things she was doing at the rime I was left alone. That's when I started doing drugs my doctor gave them to me . Next I know I was hookef. I had to close my business. It seem like my life was over. I dealt with the pill issue, went to rehab. Now all that sadness is coming on strong. I just need ro talk to someone that can hwlp me...please

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son.  I can only imagine how that must feel, as I have a 16 year old son.  Of course my heart goes out to you regarding your marriage, your daughter and your understandable addiction.  Please don't be hard on yourself.  That's a lot of loss to deal with at anytime.  Thank you for sharing your story.  Communication is key to grief recovery so you have made a BIG first step in reaching out to others who know how you feel.    

I apologize for the delay in responding I'm recovering from the loss of my mother as well.   My husband passed away in 2004 and I started this site to help others a few years ago.  Please reach out to other members through the Network, Member Blogs and Forum Chats.  The chat room tends to have more people in it at night.  The Home Page has some good Blog Posts too.  I pray the resources here provide Help for Today & Hope for Tomorrow.  You take good care of yourself.  BIG hug!
