I lost my Dad last June to cancer. I found myself cry almost everyday for the first few months. Then my crying sessions started to become less and less as time went on. I still cry a few times in a month. Seeing as it hasn’t even been a year yet I had a lot of hard times to go through. My first birthday, Christmas, Father’s Day without him. You have to readjust your whole life around this new reality. It’s hard to do but it gets a bit easier everyday. You just have to keep other family close by and remember that they are all at a loss with you. You are not alone. Grief together. Talk and share stories, cry together. It will make it easier. I hope that this helps you. I’m sorry for your loss.
