blow up

I need to watch my maturity level. I just had a terrible blow up in front of my nine year old son. I lost my husband/his father to covid in October. Needless to say I am not in the mood for Christmas, decorating and 'cheer'. And I took that out on him. It isn't fair. And I know words hurt.
