thank you for the article. as you already know when i came here almost two years ago I was in so much pain. Jeff passed away right before Christmas then the New Year came I read everything I could find I wanted out of the pain so despreatly it took time but being here sharing my thoughts and reading what everyone else had to say helped ease the days. Im in a much better place now thanks to you this site and what everyone has to share.
