Thank You Kathy. It’s only been a lil over one year. I’m trying so hard to be ok so I can face the day to day basis. I did see a professional but that did not help felt like no genuine comfort and that she is not helping me at all she even forgot who I was and had to repeat or remind her what happened to me. So I stopped I focus on taking care of myself I go out with my girlfriends and I tried to avoid dramas around me because if before I can take it this time I’m having my own and any second I would lose it. Inside of me I’m still grieving I can’t always show it because they will tell me to move on they see the smile and laugh but at the end of the day.... I’m in pain still. I can’t imagine what you are going through losing a daughter is unbearable and the love of your life... i tried to find someone who I can talk to but they all have their own life they don’t have time for my emotional stress. I appreciate you for taking time to message me... sending you my hugs.
