Help for today & Hope for tomorrow

Jan. 18th 2013 I lost my father. I spent his last five days of life with him telling him it was ok to go if he was that tired in his body and mind..i flew from arizona to ohio to tell him what my other family members would not, I arrived here slept one night then the call my father passed..i thought this process would go smoother yet it lingers in me daily, I told him to go and I miss him more then I can even explain...

Grief is such a long harsh process. What you're feeling is normal . You had your father all your life . Its impossible to let go of him a few months. Grief is different for everyone with faith it does go smoother. I pray you find comfort

.

I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my daughter in1998 and I still struggle with grief. I know it sounds selfish but I hope I go before my parents because I don't think I can take anymore loss. Prayers going out to you.
