Miscarriages

I had 4 miscarriages between my 1st and 2nd children. We decided to try for a 3rd and she passed away in the second trimester. I'm scheduled for a d and c in the morning and I'm not sure I'll ever smile again.I don't understand how one day she was so perfect and the next there is no heartbeat. A week ago I bought a minivan, now I'm sitting at home miscarrying and waiting for my time in surgery.See More

I've had multiple miscarriages in the past, but after we planned for our 3rd child, and I was in the second trimester the baby died. We had recently seen little hands and feet, and I feel like I may never recover.
