I am basically on here to try and see how other people deal with loss as I am doing really badly and constantly feel like I have horrible thoughts running through my head. My gran and granddad were 85 and 87 and they passed away within 6 weeks of each other. It feels so weird typing all of this because I have hardly spoken to anyone close to me about how I am coping.

On September 24 2014 just after 1 am I lost my mother who was battling liver cancer. We has just found out in june and she was gone in 3 months. I lost my mother at 29. In June I will be 30. i just god very devastating news my friend has cancer its in stage 4 im so worried i knew this friend since grade 1 i pray he survives i need help

First I lost my grandma(my mommy's mom) in Feb second I lost my aunt in June n I just lost my mommy Dec 16, 2014 ... 2014 was a very emotional draining year ... Idk whet to do now my mommy is gone she was my best friend I had moved in with her after my grandma passed away to pay all the bills till she could get on her feet she was fine n all of a sudden gone

i came here when i lost my dog it was hard but i  got a new dog and im doing pretty good i still want to help people on this site getting a new dog helped me deal with buster how have you guys learned to deal with loss ?
